MATTHEWS, N.C. — Family Dollar Stores here said that Beth R. McDonald has been named vice president and assistant general counsel, and assistant secretary.
McDonald joined Family Dollar as divisional counsel in 2010 and was promoted to assistant general counsel in April. McDonald in her new role will ensure Family Dollar maintains compliance in a changing regulatory environment, the retailer said.
