LOS ANGELES — Unionized employees at Food 4 Less here voted Thursday to authorize a strike if negotiations with Kroger Co., its Cincinnati-based corporate parent, are unsuccessful. Kroger operates 104 Food 4 Less stores in Southern California, with an estimated 7,000 members.
