Foote, Former Loblaw President, Named CEO at Zellers

TORONTO — Mark Foote, who in April resigned as president and chief merchandising officer of Loblaw in a management restructuring, was named president and chief executive officer at Zeller’s, the Canadian mass merchandiser, according to Hudson’s Bay Co., Zellar’s parent company, based here.
