CINCINNATI — Free cell phone minutes are the latest rewards to be offered at Kroger.
The program is open to anyone who purchases an i-wireless phone from Kroger. Users then register their loyalty card by calling 611 directly from their phone. Each time they spend $100 in Kroger stores with their loyalty card, they receive a text message that 20 free minutes of airtime has been added to their account balance.
Unused minutes can be carried over from month to month. Kroger also runs a gas rewards program that offers 10¢ off each gallon of gas when $100 is spent in store.
