EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market has launched a new line of 30 different ready-to-eat products that can be combined to create over 200 suggested meals for two for about $10. The line includes fresh pastas, sauces, meat and vegetarian entrees, and side dishes. “We believe no one needs to sacrifice quality to save money and time,” Fresh & Easy chef Mike Ainslie said in a release. “The new Mix-and-Match range provides customers with countless restaurant-quality meals at incredible prices. With over 200 different pairings, customers can always find something new.” Suggested pairings include Asparagus Parmesan Ravioli or Mushroom Tortellini with Mushroom Stroganoff Sauce for $5.98; Sweet Chili Chicken with Chow Mein Noodles for $8.98; Chicken Enchilada Casserole with Spanish Rice for $9.98; Beef Bourguignon with Mashed Potatoes for $11.98; Chicken Alfredo with Garlic Herb Fettuccine for $8.98; and Chicken Vindaloo with Yellow Basmati Rice for $9.98.
