EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market is touting itself as a destination for fast and inexpensive holiday fare. For $8 per serving, six people can dine on a traditional Thanksgiving feast that requires three hours of preparation, according to the retailer.
Its menu includes a ready-to-cook Fresh & Easy Whole Turkey Wrapped in Smoked Bacon and Sage, for $2.29 per pound. Prepared side dishes — like Fresh & Easy Mashed Potatoes, $4.99 for 28 ounces; Fresh & Easy Herbed Stuffing, $3.99 for 16 ounces; Fresh & Easy Roasted Vegetables, $4.99 for 19 ounces; and Fresh & Easy Cranberry & Orange Sauce, $2.99 for 12 ounces — are also included, along with dessert. Fresh & Easy Pumpkin Pie sells for $2.99.
“Fresh & Easy shoppers don’t have to compromise on taste or quality for Thanksgiving,” said Fresh & Easy chef Mike Ainslie, in a statement. “Our holiday meals provide customers with restaurant-quality food at budget prices to enjoy at home. We’ve taken the work out preparing these dishes so our customers can spend more time with family and friends.”
Last week, Fresh & Easy also promoted holiday savings with a printable coupon for $6 off when you spend $30 or more.
