GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Fresh Market is expected to open its first store in Connecticut this week.
The 22,600-square-foot store, located in Westport, Conn., opens on Wednesday, the company said.
Opening events include a drawing for $1,000 worth of private-label specialty products, and a free giveaway of its store-brand coffee to the first 1,000 shoppers.
The Fresh Market operates 91 stores in 17 states.
