Giant Food Stores on Tuesday said it has promoted Bill Shrader to vice president of real estate.

CARLISLE, Pa. — Giant Food Stores here on Tuesday said it has promoted Bill Shrader to vice president of real estate.
With the company since 1995, Shrader most recently was the director real estate. He will report to Jim Ferraro, executive vice president of real estate and construction. Shrader succeeds Gerry Adams, who is retiring in July, according to Giant, which is owned by Amsterdam-based Ahold.
