SCARBOROUGH, Maine — A Hannaford employee won the National Grocers Association's 25th Best Bagger Championship. Krystal Smith of Burlington, Vt., ranked first among 25 competitors from around the country after filling three grocery bags in 38 seconds, according to Hannaford.
