WASHINGTON — A Harris Teeter grocery store will be a part of The Yards, a mixed-use development at the site of the former Washington Navy Yard, the project’s developer said Monday.
Forest City Washington said Harris Teeter said it would open at The Yards in 2013, joining seven new restaurants also announced Monday. The project also includes office and residential uses.
