CHARLOTTE — Harris Teeter has broken a new version of its jingle in a collaboration with YouTube singing sensation Mike Tompkins.
Tompkins, who gained Internet fame by performing “a capella” renditions of popular songs, in a new video performs the “My Harris Teeter” jingle, which the retailer has been promoting in various versions since 2005. The video shows images of Tomkins performing the various singing parts while wearing a Harris Teeter apron and shirt.
