WORCESTER, Mass. — Imperial Distributors, which provides nonfood distribution and merchandising services to more than 1,000 retail locations in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions, has hired Forte, Mason, Ohio, to provide consulting services to assess its operations.
“Imperial hired Forte to conduct an operations assessment to identify and prioritize ways to increase profitability, add capacity for future growth and extend the life of both distribution centers,” said Forte in a press announcement. Forte provides supply chain consulting services to both retailers and consumer products companies.
