MONTVALE, N.J. — A&P here on Tuesday said it has named Mark Kramer as its new senior vice president of operations.
Kramer, a veteran of Pathmark prior to its acquisition by A&P, is assuming a role held previously by Paul Wiseman, who left the company.
“Mark’s comprehensive background and strategic skill set will undoubtedly put our operations team on the path forward to our successful turnaround,” Ron Marshall, chief executive officer of Pathmark, said in a statement.
Kramer most recently served as a regional vice president for RiteAid. Prior to that he spent more than 20 years at Pathmark in various management positions.
Wiseman joined A&P in 2005 after serving as senior vice president at A&P Canada where he oversaw the Food Basics chain.
