CINCINNATI — Kroger Co. here said Wednesday that it had reached a tentative contract agreement with more than 4,200 union workers at 60 stores in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. The new contract would replace a previous agreement that was to have expired last month but was extended as negotiations between Kroger and the union, United Food and Commercial Workers Local 700 here, continued.
