CINCINNATI — Kroger Co. here said Wednesday that it has promoted Joe Miskimins to vice president of produce and floral. Miskimins, who joined Kroger in 1980 and has held a range of management positions, most recently had been vice president of merchandising at the company's QFC banner in the Pacific Northwest.
