NEW PALESTINE, Ind. â€” Marsh Supermarkets said yesterday it will reopen its former Arthurâ€™s Fresh Market location here under the Marsh Hometown Market banner. The Arthurâ€™s was one of 16 stores the Indianapolis-based company closed in 2006 as it began reorganizing under private ownership.
