GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Meijer removed a “Save My Planet” pet toy from many of its stores this week after a customer discovered the toy she purchased was infested with worms. According to Grand Rapids TV stations WZZM and WOOD, the item was removed from all of the retailer's nearly 200 stores in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio.
