WASHINGTON — NCB, a financial services company serving cooperatives nationwide, on Monday said it has has named Douglas Wille, chief financial officer of Wakefern Food Corp., to its board of directors.

WASHINGTON — NCB, a financial services company serving cooperatives nationwide, on Monday said it has has named Douglas Wille, chief financial officer of Wakefern Food Corp., to its board of directors.
Wille is a 34-year veteran of Wakefern, the Keasbey, N.J.-based cooperative of ShopRite and PriceRite supermarkets.
