NEW ORLEANS — Winn-Dixie Stores here are featuring City of New Orleans “recovery kiosks” at all local stores in a partnership with the New Orleans City Council, the chain said yesterday.

The kiosks will allow consumers to pay parking tickets; obtain permits; review the city's hurricane recovery efforts; and register for city-assisted evacuation planning in time for hurricane season, the company said.
