CANONSBURG, Pa. — Workers at 12 Kroger stores in the Ohio Valley on Sunday voted to approve a new contract offer from Kroger Co., according to United Food and Commercial Workers Local 23 here. The union approved the new offer by a 66% vote. A previous contract offer was rejected by the union last month.
