FLEMINGTON, N.J. — Food Industry Association Executives, the network of state food-industry associations here, has named Jim Olsen as the new president of the group. He succeeds Barbara McConnell, who had recently announced her plans to retire. Olsen currently is president of the Utah Food Industry Association, Salt Lake City.
