Many of the made-to-order products are locally produced, including Creole-style Lowcountry Sauce from Awenday, S.C.; honey produced by a local beekeeper in Orangeburg, S.C.; and frozen pastas from Rio Bertolini’s, handmade by a Charleston chef who supplies local restaurants.
