SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — Price Chopper Supermarkets here said Wednesday that Bev Atkin has been promoted to director of financial systems, David Siegel has been named director of corporate brands, and Jason Kennedy has been promoted to director of continuous improvement and administrative efficiencies.
Akin joined Price Chopper in 1980 and most recently had been senior financial systems specialist. She reports to Chris Maltbie, vice president and assistant treasurer.
Siegel, who reports to Russell Zwanka, vice president, sales and marketing, has been with Price Chopper since 1977. He most recently was director of grocery merchandising.
Kennedy, who joined the company in 2004, most recently was manager of continuous improvement and supply chain initiatives. He reports directly to David Golub, vice president of administration.
