ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Pro’s Ranch Markets set a June 25 opening date for the chain’s first New Mexico location here. The 79,000-square-foot store, the 10th for the Los Angeles-based chain, features an in-store tortilleria, a seafood taco bar, store-made sausages and other features designed to provide an authentic Hispanic shopping experience. The company currently has four stores in California, four in the Phoenix market and one in El Paso, Texas, with two more Phoenix locations on tap for later this year.
