LAKELAND, Fla. — For the fifth consecutive year, Publix Super Markets here has been selected as one of IDG’s Computerworld’s top workplaces for information technology professionals.
Publix ranked No. 80 on this year’s list of 100 and was the only supermarket chain to be recognized. In addition, Publix ranks No. 45 for companies with 10,000 or more associates.
“Our IT associates play a critical role in our company’s success. We are pleased that they believe so strongly in our company and mission that we have made the list for five straight years,” said spokeswoman Maria Brous.
