LAKELAND, Fla. — Publix Super Markets has launched a test of curbside pick-up service at a store in Atlanta and plans to expand it to an additional store in Tampa, Fla., shortly. The service allows shoppers to select items on the Internet and pick them up at the store for a charge of $7.99, according to the retailer.
