WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Raley’s here has renewed its use of selection and hiring software from Kronos, Chelmsford, Mass., that helps the 133-store chain attract, hire and retain employees.
The system is designed to predict which employees are more likely to stay longer and perform better. It gives managers recommendations for candidates with the "best-fit,” said Kronos.
“Kronos helps us efficiently find and hire the right employees to achieve our goal of providing outstanding customer service to our customers,” said Jerry Landers, senior director, human resources, Raley’s.
