MIAMI — The Retail Gift Card Association on Thursday announced that Andrew Rowe is joining the association as president and executive director.
Rowe will be responsible the day-to-day management of the association, building membership, tracking legislative issues that affect gift cards and working with the board of directors to further the association’s objectives.
Prior to joining the RGCA, Rowe held a number of positions at SourceMedia, where his career spanned 14 years. Most recently he was vice president/group publisher of the Payments Group, where he oversaw the development of PaymentsSource.
RGCA members include Giant Eagle, Wal-Mart Stores, Target, Applebees, JC Penney, Subway and Disney.
