FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Services are planned here this Saturday for Donald G. Scott, the founder of the Scott's Food Stores chain, who died Sunday at age 91, according to reports. He died of congestive heart failure at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla., the reports said.
