GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Spartan Stores here said it will open two remodeled upscale stores this week, including the debut of the Glen’s Fresh Marketplace banner today in North Petrosky, Mich. The remodeled Glen’s store will include elements of Spartan’s stores in central Michigan, with an emphasis on service meats, seafood, wine and deli offerings. On Tuesday, Spartan is scheduled to hold grand opening ceremonies for a remodeled D&W Fresh Market in Williamston, Mich.
