GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Spartan Stores here has implemented a targeted shopper promotion system, from Incentive Targeting, Cambridge, Mass., in select stores.
The Web-based application enables real-time segmentation of shoppers based on their buying preferences while protecting shopper privacy. It also analyzes sales and shopper data, and measures promotion results and ROI daily. Retailers are able to collaborate with brands by sharing anonymous customer-centric sales data.
