PHOENIX — Sprouts Farmers Market began encouraging shoppers to BYOB (bring your own bag) here yesterday. As part of its new BYOB program, customers will receive 5 cents off their total bill for each plastic grocery bag they bring to the store and reuse during a single transaction.
