QUINCY, Mass. — Stop & Shop and Giant Food stores have cut prices on salad dressings, cooking oils and condiments as part of their transformation to Ahold’s “Low Prices Every Day” program. The retailer here said it has lowered prices on more than 70% of store categories since launching the program in late 2006.
