PHOENIX — Sunflower Farmers Markets here is deploying Retalix DemandAnalytX, a browser-based demand forecasting and computer-generated ordering (CGO) system, across its 20-store operation. The system interprets POS sales and inventory data, forecasts store-level demand and optimizes replenishment orders, according to Dallas-based Retalix.
“Our brand image and unique identity are based on offering fresh, high quality natural and organic foods to the value-conscious consumer,” said Chris Sherrell, chief operating officer of Sunflower Farmers Markets, in a statement. “Retalix DemandAnalytX will help us forecast consumer demand across a range of our offerings, while supporting our commitment to freshness and quality.”
