PHOENIX — Sunflower Farmers Market said Tuesday that it would open a new store here early next year. It would be the second Sunflower store in Phoenix and its eighth in Arizona for the value-priced natural foods retailer, also based in Phoenix. The store is at the site of a current Bashas' store that will be closing next month.
