MINNEAPOLIS — Target Corp. here said Friday it planned to stage 45 grand openings around the country yesterday, including its first two stores in Alaska. One of the stores is in Wasilla, where Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the Republican nominee for vice president, was the former mayor. The other is in Anchorage.
