Triple Winner Scratch-Offs Return to Stop & Shop

QUINCY, Mass. — Stop & Shop and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center kicked off the 2010 Triple Winner Program here Monday to raise $5.25 million to battle pediatric cancer.

QUINCY, Mass. — Stop & Shop and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center kicked off the 2010 Triple Winner Program here Monday to raise $5.25 million to battle pediatric cancer.

Here, 4-year-old Emilio Morales, who is battling neuroblastoma, and his parents join Dr. Paul Meyers, vice chair of the department of pediatrics at Memorial Sloan-Kettering (left), and Ron Onorato, division president of Stop & Shop Metro New York, to announce this year's program.

The scratch card promotion allows Stop & Shop customers to make $1 donations at checkout for the chance to instantly win a free product, a gift card or a cash prize up to $10,000. Now in its 20th year, the Triple Winner Program has raised more than $50 million for pediatric cancer research and treatment.
