"We decided to start a blog to help you understand why we choose the items we sell and how to use the foods on our shelves in new, delicious ways," read the first post on the blog Monday.
Content this week has included noting the 20th anniversary of prepared foods from the Ukrop's kitchen, and a pasta salad recipe.
