Union Market Sets New Opening

Union Market, a specialty grocer based based in Brooklyn, is to open its third location in the Cobble Hill neighborhood.

NEW YORK — Union Market, a specialty grocer based based in Brooklyn, is to open its third location in the Cobble Hill neighborhood next week.

The new store, which at 4,000 square feet would be the chain's largest, was designed and constructed using green building practices and seeks gold certification through the LEED Green Building rating system, the company said.

Union Market offers prime meats and fresh seafood, an extensive cheese selection, organic produce and prepared foods.
