BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Wal-Mart Stores here will launch a teen apparel line in August under the name — Miley Cyrus and Max Azria, according to media sources. Cyrus, the star of Disney Channel series “Hannah Montana” who preformed last week at Wal-Mart's annual shareholder's meeting, is said to be fond of Azria's clothing designs.
