ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Wegmans Food Markets will celebrate the chain’s 13th year on Fortune magazine’s list of the “100 Best Compaines to Work For” by serving cake for customers and employees in its stores on Saturday.
“We are proud to be ranked #3 and to have been among the top 5 for six consecutive years,” stated the retailer in an email invitation. “Our customers play an important role in making Wegmans a great place to work.”
Other retailers who made this year’s list include Whole Foods Market (#18), Stew Leonard’s (#64) and Publix Super Markets (#86).
