BOISE, Idaho — WinCo Foods here will reportedly expand into Arizona later this year with multiple sites, according to published reports. According to local reports, the company plans to move into a former Wal-Mart unit of 139,000 square feet in north Phoenix and possibly open in a newly built store in Glendale.
