WESTMINSTER, Vt. — Carl Wistreich, a former executive with C&S Wholesale Grocers, Brattleboro, Vt., has purchased L&B Truck Services, a full-service truck repair shop and parts supplier with locations here and in Westfield, Mass. Wistreich left C&S last September as senior vice president, sales. He joined the company in the legal department, working on mergers and acquisitions, and held senior positions in operations and human resources during his 8½ years with the wholesaler. Trucks from companies contracted out by C&S use L&B for some of their service needs, Wistreich said.
