JANEVILLE, Wis. — Woodman’s Food Markets here said it would open a new megastore next year in Menomonee Falls, Wis. — and would delay the opening of a planned new outlet in Sun Prairie, Wis., until 2011 or 2012.
“We only open one store at a time,” Clint Woodman, vice president, told SN. The Menomonee Falls store, which would be the chain’s second Milwaukee-area store, will measure 238,000 square feet. Woodman’s operates 12 stores in Wisconsin and Illinois.
