Customers can order food to take out or eat inside the store. The restaurant is open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

“This is a unique opportunity to extend our prepared food take-out line, and to introduce authentic Chinese entrees to the mix,” Dan Shanahan, president and COO of Buehler’s Fresh Foods, said in a media release.

Chef Jeff Yang, former owner of a local Chinese restaurant, will run the kitchen.

“Jeff is well known in the Jackson community, and our customers are already lining up to enjoy these unique dishes!” said Jackie Kerby, store manager of Buehler’s Nobles Pond.
