HOUSTON — Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing will host its first Fall Holiday Baking Efficient Program Planning Session March 9-11 at the Renaissance Houston Hotel Greenway Plaza. The show will focus on baking categories including various types of sugar and sugar substitutes, corn starch, flour, spices, shortenings and oils, gravy, nuts, croutons, syrup, cake decorations and frosting, pie and pastry shells, baking soda, baking chocolate and coconut, among others. As part of the event, retailer attendees will meet with manufacturers in private, prescheduled meetings fueled by ECRM's MarketGate Application Suite, which, according to ECRM, streamlines the selection process and facilitates meeting follow-up.
