In the store's deli, cheese sculptor Sarah Kaufmann, aka The Cheese Lady — on behalf of the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board — carved a likeness of Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, in a huge block of Wisconsin cheddar.
Meanwhile, the in-store bakery was turning out small chocolate biscuit cakes (Prince William's favorite) and traditional English fruitcakes.
