IRVINE, Calif. — Advantage Sales & Marketing here, a marketing agency for consumer packaged goods, has appointed Frank Martell executive vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer.

Martell will be responsible for all finance, internal audit and information technology functions at ASM. He previously served as CFO with Information Services Group, Stamford, Conn.
