Online Survey at Brookshire
Oct 29, 2009 6:00 AM
TYLER, Texas — Brookshire Grocery Company is conducting an online survey to get input on everything from coupon use to social networking.
"We strive to provide the best accommodations possible for our customers, and your comments here will help us enrich the customer experience," Brookshire states. As an incentive, all those who answer the 17-question survey, posted on www.brookshires.com, are eligible to win a $100 gift card.
Respondents are asked how often they shop, what time of day they shop, if they use coupons and if they prefer national brands to private label, among other topics.
The retailer also queries respondents on social media promotions, asking if they agree with a statement that reads, "I would use a grocery store's Facebook page for coupons/sales/promotions."
