IGA Northwest Supermarkets Selects Promotion Planning Tool

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Revionics here announced yesterday that the IGA Northwest Supermarkets, a collection of more than 70 stores located across seven Western states, has selected the Revionics Promotion Planning and Optimization tool for the group. Supplied and supported by Supervalu, Minneapolis, IGA Northwest Supermarkets will leverage the promotional service to aggregate and analyze promotional activity for all members. “The [IGA Northwest Supermarkers] board saw an opportunity to improve our ad planning process, and become more competitive as a group,” said Frank Cannon, board member and general manager of Van’s Markets in Helena, Mont., in a statement. This collaboration will deliver analytics and science to our current promotional planning process and ensure we promote the right products at the right price.”
